What this site is

This site presents our company and products to retailers, distributors, food-service buyers and the public. It does not sell products online and does not create a contract to supply goods. Prices, availability, pack sizes and terms of sale are confirmed separately, in writing, when you place an order with us.

Product information

Product names, photographs, pack sizes, ingredient notes and nutrition information on this site are provided for general reference and may change. The label on the actual package governs. Always read the package for ingredients, allergens, handling and cooking instructions. Products may be made in facilities that also handle common allergens.

Recipes and serving ideas

Recipes and cooking suggestions are offered as ideas, not instructions. Cooking times and temperatures vary by kitchen and equipment. Follow the safe-handling and cooking directions on the package and use your own judgment.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. The text, photographs, videos and logos on this site belong to Viet My Corporation or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use, present them as your own, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Retailers and distributors who carry our products may use our product photographs to sell those products; ask us and we will send you the files.

Do not send us anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or its forms.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Viet My Corporation is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Wholesale only

Viet My sells to distributors, retailers and food-service operators by the pallet. We do not sell to consumers through this site and we do not publish prices online.
